Looking at Vox Sciences

by Dan Lane 28th August 2009

I’m sure every one of our readers is familiar with the controversy surrounding voice to text provider SpinVox. One alternative provider has come to light recently in Vox Sciences, I took a look at their service and sat down with the co-founders to find out more. A quick look at the Vox Sciences website shows [...]

Another look at Truphone

by Jonathan Jensen 26th August 2009

I’ve been using Truphone on various Nokia S60 handsets for about 2 ½ years now, both for low cost international calls and because it delivered great quality mobile WiFi coverage for me at home when my main mobile service provider didn’t (I have now moved MNO to Vodafone to solve the home coverage issue). by Dan Lane 21st August 2009

The Million project; a Marketer's dream come true

by Vikki Chowney 15th August 2009

I read a piece yesterday about the Million project in New York (named as such to reference the city’s 1.1 million students), which is an incentive-based scheme that rewards good behaviour and grades with mobile credit. In their words, the project aims to provide ‘short-term incentives to motivate students, increase classroom participation and contribute to [...]

by Ben Smith 9th August 2009

Would you like some free stuff? You would? Well read on… Because it just so happens free stuff is what we got… and in the form of stickers too… which we all know are more highly prized by bloggers than cash or human affection. To celebrate quite how much we love Evernote here at The [...]
