3 add contract rates to MiFi offering

In addition to the 1-month contract and ‘ready to go’ option (pre-pay with a bundled top-up) announced with the launch of 3’s MiFi they have now added some more ‘traditional’-looking contract options too: 18-month contracts for 1GB and 5GB per month.
